PURPOSE: To easily forward sea water to a considerably high position by using sea water intaker set in sea level floating box-type empty craft to bring up sea water by force of surf for landed transport through water pipe.

CONSTITUTION: On the bottom of the box-type empty craft 1 fixed floating on sea by anchored chain, plural submegted pipes 3 are fixed toward the water. The upper deck of the craft 1 is equipped with top-cut and roughly cone-shaped plural unit bodies 4 with their sea water intake crifices 5 of appropriate numbers opened on their lower sides. Inside of each of these bodies 4 are constructed with inter-connected introductory room 6, water forwarding room 7 and air chamber 8. Check valve 10 is set on the top end of water pipe 9 which is opened to the water forwarding room 7 thus making the connection of the water forwarding pipe 9 with the water main pipe 13 shift the surf collected sea water onto the land.
