PURPOSE: To evaluate disturbance for a signal with high redundancy, by generating a disturbance signal swept by an audible frequency for a real communication wave, and performing a test by the real communication wave by synthesizing a communication wave and a disturbance wave.

CONSTITUTION: A communication frequency storage device 1 is a storage device to set and store a communication frequency in advance, and a variable frequency oscillator 2 oscillates disturbance signal centering a stored value. Meanwhile, a sweep signal generator 3 generates the signal of the audible frequency, for example, of 1kHz, and sweeps the output frequency of the variable frequency oscillator 2 within the receiving band area of a receiver to be measured centering the preset value of the communication frequency storage device. After the sweep frequency signal is outputted after being adjusted to an appropriate power by an attenuator 4. In such a way, it is possible to perform a wave interference test suitable for a real communication scene.
