To realize a waveform measuring device and a waveform measuring system which processes data using the latest program.
The device is an improved waveform measuring device which downloads a program into its storage part through a network from a server and process waveform data of an object to be measured based on the downloaded program. The device is characterized by having a deleting part which deletes the downloaded program stored in the storage part after executing the downloaded program.
