PURPOSE: To obtain a waveform processing circuit in which deterioration in accuracy of an output signal is prevented even when a low drive voltage is adopted.

CONSTITUTION: A 1/2 division processing circuit 7 slices a ramp waveform at a prescribed level and outputs sliced 1st and 2nd ramp waves, comparators 5, 6 comparate the 1st and 2nd ramp waves at a different prescribed level respectively and a processing waveform in a prescribed timing is generated based on both result of comparison. As a result, even when a low drive voltage is adopted, comparison is performed without saturating a current source, and in this case, since a tilt in the waveform is not slow, dispersion in the comparator operation is suppressed.
