Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a waveform recording apparatus recording the waveform data of an input signal on a magnetic tape device within a real time and displaying the analogue reproduced waveform thereof on a display at the see time to record the same by a printer.
CONSTITUTION: A waveform recording apparatus is equipped with two first and second CPUs 3a, 3b respectively performing the operation control taking a lot of time of a printer 6 and a magnetic tape device 7 and the control of the display operation to a display 5, a DMA controller 9 directly transmitting waveform data to the magnetic tape device 7 without passing the same through the CPUs and a dual port RAM 8.
