Abstract:

To provide a waveform recording device which prints a signal waveform in an easily observed manner and is capable of reducing running cost for printing.

A waveform recording device comprises a printer 11 which prints a signal waveform W of an input signal based on waveform data on a recording paper 100 and a control part which controls the printer 11. The control part causes each divided waveform Wd dividing a signal waveform W into a prescribed number in the direction of a time axis At of the signal waveform W to be printed under the condition where the moving direction of the recording paper 100 and the direction of the time axis At of the signal waveform W are crossed (orthogonalized for an example) at the time of printing, and the divided waveform Wd is lined in the moving direction.
