Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the turbulence of a waveform and the state of an electronic circuit by performing a detection of an increased (decreased) waveform of an electrical signal, a detection of a rising time or a fall time thereof and a detection of a duty ratio thereof.
SOLUTION: There arranged a data input unit 2 for reading a waveform data of the electrical signal, a waveform turbulence detecting means 4 for detecting the turbulence of the waveform from the waveform data inputted from the data input unit, a data memory device 5 having various criterion values recorded to be used for the waveform turbulence detection means, an arithmetic processor 3 which performs an arithmetic processing for the detection of the waveform turbulence by various instructions from the waveform turbulence detection means and an output unit 1 for outputting the results of the detection of the waveform turbulence as the outcome of the arithmetic processing and the waveform turbulence of an electrical signal of an electronic circuit board is detected. This enables the detection of the turbulence of a wave form attributed to a wire length and a resistance value, that attributed to a drive capacity of an electronic component and a threshold voltage difference and the like.
