Abstract:
To provide a waveguide type optical frequency shifter using a surface acoustic wave which is integrated at a 1.55 μm band light wavelength used in an FSF laser.
The waveguide type optical frequency shifter using the surface acoustic wave has a waveguide shape of a light diffraction part to increase a photo-acoustic interaction length of a part undergoing the surface acoustic wave diffraction and has a waveguide after diffraction constituted of a tapered waveguide condensing diffracted light at 1.55 μm band.
