Abstract:
To provide a wave guide constituted to fasten an upper member and a lower member divided using a fastening part, capable of being arranged densely in pipe width direction and suppressing degradation in reflection characteristics and fluctuations in path phases by the fastening part.SOLUTION: A wave guide (3) includes an upper member (1) and a lower member (2) formed as a U shape with a wave guide layer at an inner surface thereof and is constituted by fitting the upper member and the lower member to each other. The upper member and the lower member are provided with a fastening part (6) for fitting the upper member and the lower member to each other to overhang inward of the wave guide. At least either one of the upper member and the lower member is formed with a reduction structure part (7) for partially reducing a cross section of a pipe line at an equivalent position to the fastening part in the pipe axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
