Abstract:
To achieve an accurate wavelength measurement by stabilizing etalon- related drift in wavelength measurement and by removing the adverse effect of outgas in an etalon-aided wavelength detecting device.
The wavelength detecting device has a sealed casing provided with a port for replacement gas introduction, an etalon installed inside the casing, and an adsorption section capable of at least adsorbing the moisture released in the casing.
