A light input port 7 and a light output port 8, and a plurality of light-add ports 10a, 10b and light-drop ports 9a, 9b are arranged. A light-advancing route of demultiplexed wavelength light demultiplexed by a 1×j wavelength optical demultiplexer 2, mounted on the light input port 7 side and equipped with a function to demultiplex a light wave with a plurality of mutually different wavelengths into j light waves (j is an integer of 2 or larger) with mutually different wavelengths, is guided to the set port side preset out of the light-drop ports 9a, 9b and the light output port 8 with an optical switch 4 for respective wavelengths, and multiplexed on a j×1 wavelength optical multiplexer 3 and is output. Also on the light-add ports 10a, 10b side, the 1×j wavelength optical demultiplexer 2 is mounted to demultiplex the light, and the demultiplexed light is guided to the light-output port 8 side with an optical switch 5 and is multiplexed with the light guided from the light-input port 7 side to the light-output port 8 side, and is output.
