Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rapidly melt a wax rod without deforming the same, by allowing the wax rod to advance in a state placed on and received in a wax rod receiving part and pressing the same to a wax melting part.
CONSTITUTION: A wax rod 5 is placed on and received in the groove having a V-shaped cross-section of a wax rod receiving part 16 and a driving force transmitting part 17 is mounted to the rear end of said wax rod 5. When a roller 12 is rotated, the wax rod 5 is advanced and moved through the driving force transmitting part 17 and the leading end thereof is pressed to a wax melting part 26. Molten wax is stayed in a molding part 25 and subsequently allowed to flow in a part to be molded.
