PURPOSE: To return excess wax into a contg. tank without depositing the wax by providing nozzles for melting which spray the heated wax toward the non- fluid wax in a coating booth.
CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a wax coater for automatically coating the rust preventive wax to an automotive body, etc., in which the nozzles 6 for spraying the heated wax through heaters 8 fed therein with the wax from a wax tank are provided in the coating booth 21. Branch pipes 22 for melting the wax are communicated with the headers 8 aside from said nozzles and nozzles 24 for melting are formed at the top ends. The nozzles 24 spray the heated wax particularly toward parts 25, on a base 4, where the wax is liable to solidify. The sprayed wax is returned into the contg. tank. The deposition of the excess solidified wax in the booth is thus obviated and the excellent economy and workability are obtd.
