Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wear resistant Al alloy composite material having superior load and wear resistances and capable of stably ensuring these performances.
CONSTITUTION: An Al alloy 6 contg. 5-12wt.% Sn and 0.5-2.0wt.% Pb is prepd. and spherical ceramic particles 7 of ≤10μ average particle size are dispersed in the Al alloy in the range of 0.1-5wt.% to obtain a wear resistant Al alloy composite material.
