Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably manufacturing an embossed sheet which can form deep embosses some times and to obtain excellent design properties by holding rigid hardness as a transparent protective layer.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an embossed sheet comprises the steps of heating to melt and extruding ambient temperature solid ionizing radiation curable resin by an extruder between an arbitrary base material sheet 1 and an embossed cooling roll 5 formed with a desired uneven shape on the surface, cooling and laminating it by giving embosses by the roll 5, then releasing it from the roll 5 to form a laminated sheet, and emitting ionizing radioactive ray to the laminated sheet obtained therefrom to cure the resin.
