To improve a measurement display system in a road racing so as to enable a racer and a measuring system to transmit and receive race information in two ways.

A computing system for measurement display collects and processes data such as race information, i.e., split time, passing, an arrival order and elapsed time obtained with radio transmission and reception between an information repeater 201 installed at each of a plurality of points 101 where a plurality of racers pass through and a transmittable and receivable wearable computing system 109 attached to the clothes or body of a racer 110, notifies people in general of the data from an information base head office 102 and also displays the data on the wearable computing system.
