The wearable electronic apparatus has an electronic apparatus body 10, stiff bands 20, 30 that can be fitted to the neck-shaped section of the electronic apparatus body 10, and rotating/connecting mechanisms 40, 40A, and 40B that connect the stiff bands 20, 30 with a case 11 of the electronic apparatus body 10 so that the stiff bands can be freely rotated in A1, A2 directions between a closed position P2 for surrounding the neck-shaped section by cooperating with the case 11 of the electronic apparatus body 10 and an open position P1 that can be attached to and detached from the neck-shaped section. The rotating/connecting mechanisms 40, 40A, and 40B are equipped with an elastic deflection component that deflects the stiff bands 20, 30 to from the closed position P2 to the open position P1, and open position engagement mechanisms 47, 48, 49, and 52 that engage the stiff bands 20, 30 at the open position P1 when the stiff bands 20, 30 exist at the open position P1.
