To prevent a wearer from falling backward when the wearer bends down.
A wearable human support device 10 includes an abutting member 20, a support member 30, and an angle adjusting mechanism 40. The angle adjusting mechanism 40 includes a pulley 50, a timing belt 60, and a housing 70. The pulley 50 is rotatably provided at the lower end of the support member 30 to roll on a floor surface according to the position of lifting of the hips of a wearer H. The timing belt 60 is wound around the pulley 50. One end of the timing belt is connected to a first connection part 35 fixed to the lower end of a cylinder 32 of the support member 30, and the other end is connected to a second connection part 36 tied to an ankle of the wearer H with a strap 124, etc. As the wearer H bends down, the pulley 50 rolls backward from the wearer H and inclines the support member 30 in a direction of approaching a horizontal state from an erected state, so that the inclination angle of the support member 30 is adjusted.
