To provide a wearable terminal capable of assisting in finding and rescuing people involved in disasters.SOLUTION: A biological sensor 14 measures user's biological information. A positional information acquisition unit 114 acquires the user's positional information. A communication availability determination unit 111 determines whether a communication terminal (smart phone 20) that transmits the biological information measured by the biological sensor 14 to an external device is in a communication unavailable state in which the biological information cannot be transmitted to the external device. A change detection unit 113 detects whether a change has occurred in a user or an environment in which the user is located on the basis of the biological information or other information. When the communication availability determination unit 111 determines that it is in the communication unavailable state and the change detection unit 113 determines that the change has occurred in the user or the environment in which the user is located, a beacon transmission control unit 115 controls a beacon transmission unit 19 so as to transmit a beacon signal including the biological information and the positional information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
