PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment toilet seat hardly generating a bedsore.SOLUTION: An attachment toilet seat is attached in a diaper including an excrement hole at a position corresponding to a crotch of a user includes: a toilet seat body including an excrement reception part having a dish-shaped recess receiving excrement from the excrement hole and a urination reception part erected from one edge of the excrement reception part and including a groove-shaped recess receiving urination from the excrement hole and guiding the urination to the dish-shaped recess; and a hip unit supporting a hip of the user. The hip unit includes: a first elastic body: and a second elastic body covering a support face of the first elastic body supporting the hip and a side face of the first elastic body and having a higher hardness than the first elastic body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
