To provide a proper weather data array without using a weather simulator.
The weather data providing device is for providing a weather data array suiting specified conditions by referring to a weather data base 1 storing weather data arrays representing past changes of weather parameters along a time series. It is provided with a retrieving device 3 searching the weather data base on the basis of the specified conditions and acquiring the suiting weather data array, and a weather data editing device 4 editing the weather data array acquired by the retrieving device on the basis of an inputted editing command and outputting an acquired editing result. By this, the proper weather data array which can be used in a simulation, can be easily determined by using the weather data base 1 recorded in the past and without using the weather simulator or the like requiring a large cost.
