PURPOSE: To enable local weather forecast by a small structure, by economically storing weather parameters extracted by a sensor to fabricate weather forecast.

CONSTITUTION: Sensors 10W12 of atmospheric pressure, temp. and humidity detect weather parameters respectively. The weather parameters of a local area to which the sensors 10W12 are installed are selectively taken in as detection signals AWC by CPU18. CPU18 allows memory to store the weather parameters in time series on the basis of clock data supplied from a clock circuit 19 and allows a display apparatus 20 to display the weather parameters stored in the memory with the elapse of time if necessary.
