A weather change prediction information providing system 1 is equipped with at least atmospheric pressure sensor; and includes a plurality of weather measuring devices 2 disposed so as to scatter in a specified area with density decided on the basis of information related to a geographic of the specified area, and a data processing device 4. The data processing device 4 includes a weather data obtaining portion 32 for obtaining weather data from each of the plurality of the weather measuring device 2; and a weather change prediction information producing portion 34 for producing weather change prediction information for predicting local weather changes generated by the change of atmospheric pressure in the specified area, on the basis of atmospheric data obtained by the weather data obtaining portion 32.
