PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment of humidity and temperature and to prevent dispersion in test results by providing a filter for cutting ultraviolet rays and a sample stage, and further providing an adjusting device having a moisture-addition regulating damper at the neighborhood of a temperature controlling device.
CONSTITUTION: In the main body of a tester having a box-shaped constitution, a lighting tool 11, a filter 14 for cutting ultraviolet rays at the lower surface of the tool 11 and a sample stage 15 at the lower surface of the filter are provided. A cooling device 17 is provided. A moisture adding device 18 constituted of a heater 19 and an adjusting damper 20 is provided at the neighborhood of a temperature controlling device 16 for controlling the temperature of a sample mounted on the sample stage 15. They are connected to temperature and humidity controllers 22 and 23, respectively. The controllers are controlled with a control device 21 for the temperature and the humidity. Cooling wind is blown on the upper and lower surfaces of the sample. In this way, the adjusting functions for the temperature and the humidity are constituted in a compact configuration, the control of the temperature and the humidity is made easy and the test results without dispersion can be obtained.
