Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mold a long lip part with a relatively large width without corrugation.
CONSTITUTION: A form supporter 5 made of hard solid is installed at the extended end of a lip part 4 so that the part 4 keeps firmly its original form by the form supporter 5 even when it is expanded in a curing process after extrusion. In this way, the lip part 4 can be well molded in a predetermined form.
