PURPOSE: To ensure an air gap enough for generation of a water path in a drainer lip, by curving the drainer lip of a weather strip in such a manner that a large angle with the center line of a welt part is formed at an end side in almost an intermediate part of said drainer lip.

CONSTITUTION: A drainer lip 5' is connected to a position left with a prescribed distance (b) from the point end of a leg part 1a of a welt part 1 and curved almost to a dog-legged shape in almost an intermediate part of the lip 5'. That is, with a curved point as the border, a root part 5' a forms a relatively less angle with a center line of the part 1 further a point end part 5'b forms a relatively larger angle with said center line. Then a protrusive distance (a) of the lip 5' from a bottom end of the part 1 is ensured to about the same level as in the past. Further the part 5'a is formed by solid rubber integrally formed with the part 1 and the part 5'b is formed by sponge rubber.
