Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a small number of multi-functional weathering sheets by connecting a rubber sheet lined with a draw cloth impregnated with rubber cement to a non-drawing polypropylene sheet bent to a form of an execution element.
CONSTITUTION: Bendable bent-up bars 2 and 3 are provided to a long strip shaped non-drawing polypropylene sheet 1 along the form of an outside corner section so that they are bronght into contact with the form of the outside corner section. A butyl adhesive 4 is applied to the ends of the non-drawing polypropylene sheet 1 in a strip-shape, and a blend rubber sheet 5 constituted of ethylene-polypropylene lined with polyester coarse cloth impregnated with butyl rubber cement is connected thereto to form a weather sheet. A small number of weathering sheets are applicable to various kinds of execution elements by a form of non-drawing polypropylene sheet 1 and selection of a kind of bent-up bar.
