Conection is performed by utilizing an installed type computer or a portable computer or the portable computer provided with a telephone function and work start/work end/contact are managed by electronic mail or data base registration information. For individual identification, a page for an individual is prepared and identification is performed by password management. Attendance information is immediately transmitted to a manager by the electronic mail and also registered to a data base file. A user can display the list of his/her attendance information on a homepage at anytime and acquire it in a text file form or a table calculation type data file form. The manage can display the attendance information of the user under management on the homepage.
