A web conveyance device has a first feeding shaft and a second feeding shaft on which roll shape rolled materials are set respectively, a differential device arranged in an opposite side of the first feeding shaft to the second feeding shaft, a driving shaft extending through the first feeding shaft, the second feeding shaft, and a hollow space of a side gear of the differential device, and a nip roller commonly holding and conveying webs. The first feeding shaft extends through a hollow space of the second feeding shaft and is connected to the side gear present in a second feeding shaft side. A pinion shaft revolves by rotation of the driving shaft. A friction force increasing element for suppressing relative rotation is arranged between the first feeding shaft and the second feeding shaft.
