To eliminate roping or damping.
A web guiding device 26 for a seat belt comprises a load support member 40 and a roller 50 supported rotatably for the load support member. One-way clutch mechanisms 100 and 200 are designed so as to prevent the rotation of the roller 50 when a seat belt webbing is pulled out of a seat belt retractor 22, but allow the rotation of the roller 50 when the seat belt webbing is pulled onto a spool of the seat belt retractor 22.
