PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the wait time, when a user gain access in a line congestion state and to lighten the load on servers of a provider.
SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a web page acquiring server 210 and a user terminal 220, which are connected to a communication network; and the user terminal 220 sends a web page acquisition request, where various acquisition conditions are specified to the web page acquiring server 210, which acquires and holds a web page source from the web server 230 on the communication network, according to the acquisition conditions of the web page acquisition request received from the user terminal 220 and transfers the web page source to the user terminal 220, according to the acquisition conditions of the web page acquisition request.
