A film winding device 10 for a film processing and cutting machine has a first winding part 22a and a second winding part 22b arranged apart from each other by predetermined distance in the direction of feeding of whole film and wound by parting films 24b (24d) alternately. The first and second winding parts 22a, 22b are provided with a winding core rotary mechanism 98 winding the film by supporting the winding core 28 rotatably. The winding core rotary mechanism 98 is arranged in the direction of width of whole film and has a plurality of pairs of movable bases 116a, 116b capable of adjusting positions by manual operation by corresponding to width of the film 24b (24d).
