To provide a web sheet intermittent feeding mechanism to supply a web-form sheet to any processing machine such as a punching machine of reciprocative flat pressure type in which the web-form sheet must be supplied in intermittent feeding.

The web sheet intermittent feeding mechanism is equipped with a regular rotation in-feed roll 11 to feed a web sheet S continuously at a constant speed v1 and an intermittently rotating out-feed roll 12 to send out the web sheet S intermittently at a constant speed v2, and between the two rolls 11 and 12, a swing guide roll 2 is installed to guide the web sheet S borne in an eccentric position of radius r on a rotor 1 rotating continuously with varying speeds of the rotational angular velocities w1 and w2 in synchronization with their intermittent rotating motions, whereby it is possible to set the intermittent sendout length of the web sheet by adjusting the speed v1, rotational angular velocities w1 and w2, and speed v2 to the specified values.
