Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web winder in which a web is wound around a paper tube to manufacture rolled products and in which a defective fraction of the rolled products can be reduced even when the number of revolution of a winding roll is raised to improve a production capacity.SOLUTION: A web winder in which a paper tube is fed to a winding space surrounded by three winding rolls to allow a web to be wound up on the paper tube comprises: a speed control motor for controlling a speed of a second winding roll rotating the paper tube while supporting it; a controller for sending an output signal to the speed control motor; and an input device for sending an input signal to the controller. The input device is provided with an input part for a vibration signal of a speed in the speed control motor. The construction described above makes it possible to cause a log to be always positioned in the center of the three winding rolls to suppress a defective fraction of the rolled products even when the number of revolution of the winding rolls constituting the web winder are increased to improve the production capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
