Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web winding machine capable of correctly moving a gluey paper tube to a tip part of a web, winding the web in good appearance, achieving easy control and correct positioning, and completely preventing transfer of adhesive.
SOLUTION: This web winding machine comprises a winding part 1 provided with a first winding roll 10 to rotate the paper tube C that is winding in a winding space S, a second winding roll 20 to support the paper tube C, and a third winding roll 30 to press the paper tube C, a paper tube supply part 40 to keep the paper tube C to be supplied stand to a stand-by position T while applying a strip-shaped adhesive (ad) to a part in a circumferential surface of the paper tube C, a paper tube moving part 50 to move the paper tube C waiting at the stand-by position T to a contact position X when it gets in contact with the web W on a suction surface of the first winding roll 10, and a paper tube carrying part 60 to roll the paper tube C to be carried to the winding space S. The paper tube moving part 50 is provided with a lift guide 51 to guide the waiting paper tube C from the stand-by position T to the center of the first winding roll 10.
