The inner ring is the lock nut which is incorporated into the tapered surface of the inner ring forming the projection, applying a wedge effect. The lock nut is inserted into the hole of the members, the members are superposed, a bolt is penetrated into the hole of the members so that female screw hole of the lock nut's internal ring is tightened.
