In the performance of operations of driving the member into the ground and connecting the member in a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, an oblique direction and the like, a latching implement is fixedly attached in a proper position of the member without the percussion of the member with a curved axis, the arch-shaped member, etc. or the percussion of the tip of the member itself even in the possession of a straight axis, so that the member can be driven in all directions without being damaged by the percussion of the latching implement; and in addition to that, a wedge is newly attached to a latching cylinder, so that operations for the members of the same shape, which are different in outside diameter types, can also be easily performed and so that the latching implement can also be used for dismantling and pull-out action.
