Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the changed place of a new three-dimensional design data from old three-dimensional design data in a short processing time.
SOLUTION: An area division condition storing part 2 stores an area division condition which is for dividing three-dimensional design data into plural areas of a fixed shape in a mesh shape. Each area volume calculating part 3 of old three-dimensional design data and each area volume calculating part 6 of new three-dimensional design data calculate data volume in the area of each area based on respective area division conditions of the old and new three- dimensional design data. Each new and old area volume comparing part 8 respectively compares the volume value of every area of the old and new three- dimensional design data and specifies areas where volume values become different as a change place in which shape change is performed.
