PURPOSE: To keep the effect of chemical agent for a long time and prevent the outflow of the chemical agent from being generated due to rainwater or the like, by executing paving work with asphalt concrete with mixed weed killer or repellent.
CONSTITUTION: On a road board 1, asphalt emulsion is dispersed to form a prime coat 2. On the coat, asphalt concrete with mixed chemical agent is applied to form a surface layer 3. This asphalt concrete is produced by casting weed killer or repellent or both the ones into a mixer for mixing aggregates and asphalt with each other, and by mixing them in view of the heat resistance temperature of the cast chemical agent. By such pavement, a chemical agent- including layer can be made thick, and so the effect is kept long, and by the asphalt, the coating of the chemical agent is applied, and so the chemical agent is not melted out with rainwater or underground water.
