Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out alarming or control by correctly recognizing conditions of weft.
CONSTITUTION: Image of weft during weft inserting is picked up by a CCD camera to give image of weft concerning running shape of the weft. Then data of concentration value, etc., extracted from the weft image is input in neural network by input means (I1 to I101) and dangerous degree in trouble occurrence is calculated (O1 to O6) based on the sum of the product of input value and weight of each data every previously set weft-inserting trouble factors such as jetting shortage and defect of opening, etc., by neural network. Then the objective apparatus alarms or carry out changing control of weft inserting conditions based on the calculated value.
