Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject weft regulator designed to hold a weft from a nozzle at a proper position to make the length of the weft cut by a cutter constant. SOLUTION: This weft regulator has such a scheme that a regulatory member 10 bearing a regulatory part 11 is set up between a nozzle 21 and a cloth end CS, thus enabling a weft Y communicating with a cloth fell CF from the nozzle 21 to be held at a specified cutting position for a cutter 31 via the regulatory part II even if the nozzle 21 is moved to the weft insertion position.
