Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suitably weft by drawing (delivering) through a roller and drawing (controlling of posture) by jet of fluid.
CONSTITUTION: The passage of weft yarns (Y) is switched directly before a pair of constantly rolling draw rollers 33 and 35 by a traverse lever 52 so as to control the weft yarn drawing action according to on-off control. After starting jet from a posture control nozzle 71, an engagement tine 14 of a length measuring and storing device 10 is pulled out and the weft yarns (Y) are allowed to perform an approach run thereby. The traverse lever 52 is subsequently operated so as to start weft drawing by the draw rollers 33 and 35.
