Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing apparatus capable of maintaining weighing accuracy of an object to be weighed.SOLUTION: A weighing apparatus 1 used by a customer for the weighing comprises: a weighing tray 3 on which an object to be weighed including a container and a product is placed; a weighing mechanism 5 for weighing the object to be weighed which has been placed on the weighing tray 3; a camera 7 for taking an image of an imaging area including the weighing tray 3; and a zero point calibration unit 35 for performing a zero point calibration of the weighing mechanism 5. The zero point calibration unit 35 does not perform the zero point calibration when an object is determined to be present in an imaging area on the basis of the image of the imaging area.
