Abstract:
To remove vibration caused by an impact of a seam of a transfer belt to rapidly and accurately measure a measured product.SOLUTION: In a measuring device 1 having a weighing part 21 for supporting a weighing conveyor 32, and outputting a weighing signal on the basis of a load of a measured product W, a signal processing part 71 for processing the weighing signal, and outputting the signal-processed weighing signal, and a measuring part 72 for calculating a measurement value of the measured product W on the basis of the signal-processed weighing signal, the measurement device comprises: a reference frequency acquisition part 61 for acquiring a rotation frequency of a transfer belt 32b of the weighing conveyor 32 as a reference frequency; and a correction signal synthesizing part 104 for generating a plurality of sine waves having frequencies of integral multiples of the reference frequency, creating a plurality of correction signals for correcting the weighing signal at each frequency component of the plurality of sine waves, and creating a synthetic correction signal by synthesizing the plurality of correction signals. The signal processing part 71 corrects the weighing signal outputted by the weighing part 21 by using the synthetic correction signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
