PURPOSE: To easily automate the operation, by filling up the liquid in the vessel and overflowing at the same time and then, supplying a fixed quantity by only opening and shutting the cock for supplying liquid and the cock for overflowing, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The volume of liquid is set by the handle 7, scale board 8 and pointer 16 and the cock for overflowing 2 and cock for supplying liquid 4, are opened at first and the liquid is filled in the cylinder 1 by using the pump for supplying liquid 14 from the storage tank 11. When the weighing vessel 1 is filled up by the liquid, the pump 14, cock 2 and cock 4 are shut by operating the timer or sensor and the liquid is allowed to flow out by opening the cock for ventilation 3 and cock for outflow of the liquid 5.
