To provide a weight adjustable exercising tool which can adjust weights flexibly usable to match purposes, by arranging an entry port in the side of a bag with a desired shape and holding one or a plurality of soft and easy to handle massive matters for the adjustment of the weights in an easy to play, which is so designed to train human bodies playing therewith for aid to persons with insufficient exercising, the functional restoration of those physically movable within hospitals and use as playing tool with younger children.

The entry port is provided at a part of the surface of a bag with a desired shape, and a fastening piece is provided at the entry port to hold the massive matters with arbitrary shapes in the bag.
