The mass measuring device 2 for measuring the mass of the weight is arranged, and a rail 5 reaching the mass measuring device 2 from a carrying-in/carrying-out part 5e is disposed. A weight conveyance device 4 capable of traveling with the weight rolled up on the rail 5 is arranged. The weight is rolled up at the carrying-in/carrying-out part 5e of the rail 5 by the weight conveyance device 4, and conveyed on the rail 5 in this state. The weight conveyance device 4 is stopped just over the mass measuring device 2, and the weight is lowered by a super-slow hoist, and the mass of the weight is measured by the mass measuring device 2 and calibrated.
