Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance utilization ratio of raw materials by suppressing loss of the raw materials while observing a predetermined rule.SOLUTION: A filling amount by a filling device 4 is controlled so that, before a required time point, an average value of filling weight of an object 3 of a packaging product 1a is allowed to be less than a target value and, at the required time point, the average value is equal to or more than the target value. At the required time point, a predetermined rule for performing regulation so that the average value of the filling weight of the object 3 of the packaging product 1a which is regarded as a good item is equal to or more than the target value, may be observed, and the utilization ratio of raw materials is enhanced.
