Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high accuracy of weighting in either purpose of use, a static balance or a kinetic balance.SOLUTION: According to a weighting device 10, a load signal Vo outputted from a strain gauge type load cell 100 as a load sensor is amplified by a plurality of, or two, for example, amplification circuits 32, 34 in parallel to each other, and then converted from analog signals to digital signals Wd1 and Wd2 by mutually separate A/D conversion circuits 42 and 44, the digital signals being further added to each other by an addition circuit 50. Thus, the influence of the input conversion noise of operational amplifiers constituting each amplification circuit 32 and 34 is reduced and an added signal WA of a high SN ratio is obtained, and hence a stable weighting value WN is obtained, which means that the accuracy of static weighting is improved. Due to that a load cell 100 of a larger rated capacity is adopted specifically for a kinetic balance, it is possible to obtain a higher accuracy of kinetic weighting while maintaining the high accuracy of static weighting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
