Abstract:
To provide a weld bead cutting device and a weld bead cutting method capable of satisfactorily cutting a weld bead over the whole circumferential direction even when the cross-section of a liner is not complete roundness and a distance between a rotational shaft center and an outer circumferential surface of the liner is not uniform.SOLUTION: A liner 11 made by abutting and welding each liner part on each other is rotated around a rotation shaft which is extended in direction along abutment direction, rollers 425a, 425b, 426a, 426b arranged on both sides of the weld bead FB on the liner 11 in direction along the extension direction of the rotation shaft are pressed against an outer circumferential surface 11a of the liner 11 and, in such a state, the weld bead FB is cut by a cutting tool 441 arranged between respective rollers themselves. Therefore, even when a distance between the rotation shaft center and the outer circumferential surface 11a of the liner 11 is not uniform over the whole circumference, the weld bead FB can be satisfactorily cut over the whole circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
